Yes, an experienced local guide accompanies you throughout the entire tour and shows you the most important sights of Marrakech.
Yes. Cancellations or changes are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour, just write to us via WhatsApp or email. Since payment is made on site, there are no costs for you.
No, entrance fees are not included. All sights are visited from the outside, so no entrance tickets are required.
Our guides speak English, French and Arabic. In addition, we offer our own audio guide app, which requires no installation. At each stop, you can listen to audio explanations in English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch.

No. Our e-bikes are intuitive and easy to use.
📍 During the handover, our staff will explain everything to you in about 5 minutes: how to turn the bike on/off, assist levels, and battery display. Anyone who can ride a normal bicycle will have no problem using them.
Yes, a helmet, bike lock and bottle holder are included with every e-bike.
